GREAT ENTERTAINMENT

Reminiscent of older comedy shows standup with dazzling costumes and dancing. My daughter asked me to go an I’m so glad I did. Greatly enjoyed this show!

HILARIOUS AND FUN

Great show! Had it all, and was a riot. Brought a friend with no idea about anything drag race, and he had a ball.

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!

This was my second time seeing the show. I was so blown away after seeing them last September in DC that I knew I had to see them again. The feeling in the theater was one of overwhelming joy...I have never been to a live performance when an audience was so lively and engaged! My only regret is that it is over and I won't get to see it again. I hope they come up with another project and tour again in the near future because I for one will be there.

“NOT THAT GREAT A SHOW ANYWAY”

Derivative. Unimaginative. Unoriginal. Scripted. One note. The joke was on us though because as Trixie plainly made clear during the first act guitar solo “it’s not that great a show anyway”. Clearly these “performers” had no intention of entertaining fans. Instead, the goal was clear: Charge excessively for tickets, merchandise and meet and greets for doing as little as possible Trixie slips this revelation in at one point (jokingly?) stating they already have our money so it’s not really their problem if the show is bad. If this were Drag Race, both of them would be up for elimination this week. If you’re a fan of Trixie and Katya show on Wow, stay home and watch re-runs instead. This was so bad we left at the intermission and that was longer than we should have waited.

THEY WERE IN IT FOR THE MONEY, AND IT FELT LIKE IT

For such an expensive show, I would expect them to be excited to be there, and actually be on stage for the entire show. Instead they constantly played videos. It felt like Katya completely didn't want to be there, and that Trixie was there just to make some more money. It was mostly not funny, and not exciting. The audience barley reacted, which frustrated the pair (Especially Trixie, because it seems that Katya really didn't care much). Kelly on the other hand seemed to be truly happy and excited to be on the stage. She got more laughs and more reactions. Which also annoyed Trixie... Completely disappointing... The "Uninterested drug addict Katya" and the "Pretentious self adsorb muggle Trixie" roles, work very well when it's in the background of their show. But they choose to make it into the main event, which caused us to feel that they are just greedy and uninterested in their audience any more. (well, maybe just in our money)
